COVID 19 – The way forward..

The Covid 19 pandemic has been perhaps the largest single occurrence globally in your lifetime and its effects have been felt throughout the world, and the changes it has brought about may have long lived effects on our lives and on the way we live them.

Of course the effects have had a significant impact on the property market and our team have been working hard to incorporate into our business model all the safety precautions possible to help keep our staff and customers safe, but clearly people still need to work and move home for all kinds of reasons. We have incorporated into our marketing individual video tours of all our properties to help buyers and tenants narrow down their search for a new home from their armchair at home before making a face to face meeting with out team.

All our application process for tenants has been made paperless online to the extent that even the tenancy agreements can be signed online, again to minimise direct contact but that’s not to say we don’t want to be personal with our customers, we just want to keep everyone safe.

All our staff are observing 2M social distancing and behind the scenes we are working hard to make transacting property easy in innovative ways.
