Lockdown lifted and tenants flock to take up vacant rentals…

The recent lockdown as a result of the Covid epidemic saw a build up of vacant properties which could not be sold or let under the emergency government regulations and clearly there was a build up of both buyers and tenants who, as lockdown loosened last week hit the market with full force. Our office team were inundated with enquiries immediately and this has continued through this second week with almost all our vacant properties being let and now a shortage of homes available being the biggest issue.
